I. Performance and Applications

▲ Primarily used in reverse osmosis pretreatment systems;

▲ Can partially or completely replace currently used aluminum and iron salt inorganic coagulants; can be used alone or mixed with aluminum and iron salts;

▲ Adapts to a wide pH range in water bodies, with fast coagulation speed, dense and firm flocs, and good settling properties;

▲ Effective in removing turbidity, sterilizing, and inhibiting algae growth; unaffected by chlorination treatment; does not increase soluble metals (aluminum, iron) in treated water;

▲ Improves solid-liquid separation speed; extends filter operation cycles during direct filtration;

▲ Miscible with water in any proportion.

III. Usage Method

▲ EX-401 is a polymeric flocculant formulated with precisely treated inorganic salts and high-molecular polymers. In addition to the strong charge neutralization and adsorption flocculation capabilities of inorganic polymeric flocculants, it also possesses the strong adsorption and bridging effects of organic polymeric flocculants. Therefore, the product is widely used in multi-media filtration processes to achieve flocculation and sedimentation;

▲ The product performs better in high pH water bodies; no special requirements for dosing systems or materials.

IV. Dosing Instructions

☆ Typically requires a dilution factor of less than 10 times, or can be dosed as is, depending on the configuration of the dosing system;

☆ Technicians recommend the appropriate dosage based on water quality and process characteristics, with optimal results achieved through on-site调试; general dosage is 4-10 ppm;

☆ The dosing point should be selected at a distance from the filter inlet (5.0–7.0 meters), preferably at the center of the water flow pipeline to ensure uniform mixing of the chemical solution during turbulent flow.

V. Packaging and Storage

※  Packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg or 20 kg/drum;

※  Stable physicochemical properties; store in a cool place; shelf life is 1 year.

Observe labor protection during operation; avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if contact occurs.
